NLP Primer Workshop

Purpose of the workshop is to introduce use of Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques to students of LCCH Certifcate in Clinical Hypnosis course who are not proceeding to the Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy yet who want to learn more on helping clients beyond just relaxation and ego strengthening.

During this 2-day workshop, participants will learn and practice techniques on
• building genuine and lasting rapport with people
• enhancing one’s sensory acuity and calibration for effective interpersonal change work
• using modalities and sub-modalities for effective change work
• using Contrastive Analysis & SWISH to change habit
• using Meta Models to challenge unproductive/restrictive beliefs
• using Well-Formed Outcomes technique to set compelling goals
• using Anchoring to achieve desired states at any given moment
• using Fast Phobia Cure to help those with phobias

Two things that are absolutely required from participants:
• punctuality as instructor will not repeat what that has been taught if participant comes in late; and
• active participation by all participants as learning comes from action and experience.

Potential participants should be aware that this is not an NLP certification course, but rather a primer of the essentials of NLP which can be used by lay people to help themselves and others (subject to participants’ competence) in addressing day-to-day challenges
