You also grant to LCCH Asia the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

7. Shipping Policy

All courses offered on our e-Learning portal are accessible online with supporting learning materials provided therein the said portal. As such, upon signing up and having fully paid the required course fees, students will be provided with their own unique student identification and password to access the course study and support materials. Student identification and password will only be issued to a student upon confirmation of payment having been received at our end.

 

If you have paid but have not received any confirmation from us together with the student identification and password within five (5) working days (*Monday to Friday except for public holidays falling on these days here in Malaysia), please write to us at info@lcch.asia providing details of payment and scanned copy(ies) evidencing payment for us to follow up. We will get back to you within five (5) working days* unless there is a delay from our bank, in which case, we will keep you abreast of the status every alternate working day until our bank advises us of the status of your remittance. Note that this is not a confirmation nor an acknowledgment that payment has been remitted to our bank, but a status report for you until the bank advises us otherwise.

8. No Refund Policy

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY COURSE SIGNED UP AND PAID FOR. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated course fees for any course that a student discontinues or abandons for any reason whatsoever. In such a situation, the discontinuing/abandoning student can still have access to all the privileges accorded to active students who have paid for and are continuing the same course that the discontinuing/abandoning student has signed up for, and the discontinuing/abandoning student shall still be subject to the rules and regulations governing the conduct of course students.

9. Limitations Of Liability

LCCH Asia will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

  • to the extent that the website is provided free-of- charge, for any direct loss;
  •  for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
  •  for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.

These limitations of liability apply even if LCCH Asia has been expressly advised of the potential loss.

10. Exceptions

Nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit; and nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit LCCH Asia’s liability in respect of any:

  • death or personal injury caused by LCCH Asia’s negligence;

15. Breaches Of Terms And Conditions Contained Herein

Without prejudice to LCCH Asia’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, LCCH Asia may take such action as LCCH Asia deems fit to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

16. Variations

LCCH Asia may revise these terms and conditions from time-to- time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website.

20. Law And Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
