Family Matters! Workshop on Fighting Fair
Conflict in families are unavoidable. We constantly juggle to strike a balance between maintaining stability and coping with changes around us as our family members grow and develop.
We have all learnt from our young age some ways of dealing with conflicts and we automatically resort to use techniques which are good at but they may not necessarily be the best approach.
In this course, you will learn about the different style of handling conflicts and expand your range of resources.
The following topics will be explored with practical exercises:
Preparation for conflict discussion, goal setting
Handling of emotions
Conflict style and connection to win
Bids and responses, turning toward, turning and turning against
Dynamic pattern and disruptions in close relationship
