Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy

The Advanced Practitioner Diploma is designed to provide the newly qualified clinical hypnotherapist with some of the most modern and effective techniques in clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy.

Typically students progress from the Diploma course on to the practitioner level without any delay. The Practitioners Diploma consists of 8 intensive weekends and concludes in a one day examination and presentation of your case history.

What will I learn?

The most advanced and sophisticated techniques in clinical hypnotherapy including how to integrate psychotherapeutic techniques in order to produce powerful interventions for more complex psychological and emotional issues.

You will learn about the EMDR (eye movement desensitization response) method and why the WHO (World Health Organization) recognizes this approach as a first line intervention for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

The course includes Solution Focus approaches, Ego State Therapy, Quantum Psychology and how to combine these powerful methods to find the right therapeutic combination for the condition and the patient.

What will that mean to me?

You will be ready to take on the more challenging psychological and psychosomatic conditions. You will now be in a position to work in a hospital setting and to complement the medical treatment of many serious and terminal illnesses, such as cancer, heart disease, AIDS, and chronic eating disorders and psychological trauma.

The minimum entry requirement is a pass at Diploma level. Students should present their Certificate and make an appointment to discuss their reason for progressing onto the Practitioner Diploma with the Module Leader or the Course Leader.
